gx555 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Pakistan's Premier Casino

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. gx555 reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the gx555 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In this Agreement, "gx555," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the entity operating the gx555 online casino and sports betting platform at gx555.bid. "You," "your," and "the Player" refer to the individual who has registered an account on the gx555 platform. "Platform" means the gx555 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all associated services including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, arcade titles, and the gx555 payment system. "Services" encompasses all gaming, wagering, financial, and informational services made available through the gx555 Platform. "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee as the primary transaction currency on gx555.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

3. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
4. gx555 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
5. gx555 may refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion without being obligated to disclose the reason, provided that any remaining balance verified as legitimately belonging to the Player shall be returned in accordance with the withdrawal provisions of this Agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

1. You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gx555 login credentials, including your username, password, PIN, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number.
2. 1. All financial transactions on the gx555 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). gx555 does not charge currency conversion fees. However, fees imposed by your bank or mobile money provider are your responsibility.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

1. All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available by gx555 are subject to specific terms and conditions which shall be clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
2. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. 4. 6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

1. All casino games on gx555 utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. 2. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gx555 platform and shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Operating more than one gx555 account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human interface to access or interact with the gx555 Platform or any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any gx555 software or game.
• Using the gx555 deposit or withdrawal system for any purpose other than legitimate gaming activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or pricing error. Players who identify such errors are required to report them to the gx555 support team immediately. Winnings derived from known errors are subject to reversal.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

1. The gx555 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gx555 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gx555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
3. gx555's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) PKR 100,000.
4. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Dispute Resolution

1. In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of the gx555 service, you must first contact the gx555 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. gx555 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) business days.
2. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the regulatory authority under whose licence gx555 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available upon request.
3. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gx555 holds its primary gaming licence. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the procedures described above.

12. Amendments & Severability

1. gx555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by a regulatory directive or to prevent harm to the Platform or its users.
2. Your continued use of the gx555 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
4. The failure of gx555 to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
